Truffle Making Class 7/12

Join us for a truffle making class at Great Bear Vineyards on July 12th from 10:30 - noon. Professional Chocolatier of the Chocolate Bar Davis, Chef Scott, will guide you through the art of creating French Truffles from scratch starting with a creamy ganache and ending with 25-30 truffles to take home along with your own ganache. Wine can be purchased separately and makes the class more enjoyable!
